Joseph Anthony Setlak, 62, of Weirton, passed away Monday, September 26, 2016 at his home. He was born November 3, 1953 in Weirton, the son of the late Joseph Walter and Priscilla Ruby Setlak. For over 30 years, Joe worked as a reel operator for Weirton Steel. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, WSX 25-Year Club, loved gardening, movies and was an avid bowler. He was also the owner of The Across the Street Club for 23 years. Joseph is survived by his daughters Maria Setlak of Bellaire, OH and Brianne (Ryan) Orr of Wintersville, OH and their mother LeAnne Snyder; sisters Penny (Larry) Dotson of Weirton and Mary Ann Conlon of Clermont, FL and granddaughter Gwendolyn Virginia Orr. Visitation will be held Thursday 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Friday at Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church with the Reverend Father Anthony G. Thurston presiding. Interment will be at the convenience of his family.
