Joe was like a second dad to me. He was such a bright ray of sunshine to me for years. I learned so much about life, happiness, food and wine from him. I loved him so much and will miss chatting and laughing with him. His joy for life and nature is memorable for sure. He will be missed!

If ever a person embodied the term 'unbridled enthusiasm', it was Joe. Even through the tears having just heard of his passing, I can't help but smile thinking of him. I'm going to miss the energy of his joy and optimism. One of a kind, that man. My sincere condolences to his family.
