In loving memory of a wonderful person. We were next door neighbors in Phillipsburg, and I remember Joe (or Joey, as he was called then) as smart, funny, inclusive, warm and generous. Our deepest sympathy to Kevin, Michael and Mark and your families. Mary Malaspina and family
