My cousin, Joe was a father figure and friend to me. My parents, Clarence and Esther loved Betty and Joe so much! I will always treasure the last visits we had, after precious Betty passed. He was intelligent, loving, hardworking, caring, and a wonderful role model for all of us. He and Betty did many wonderful acts of love for their family, friends and community.
