Not sure what to say?

Dear Carmen, Tina, and Fratto family,
I am very sorry for your loss. Joey was a wonderful person with a heart of gold. You are all in my prayers.

Terry Patonai Hogan

Dear Siranni & Fratto Families:
We were shocked and saddened to hear of the unexpected passing of Joey. When we lived next door to Pat and Kim in WVC, we got to know Joey and even relied on him to help when we finished our basement. He had a contagious smile, which made those around him smile - regardless of the situation! Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

I have lost touch with Joe over the years, when our fourth grade class would come to mind so would his bright smile. All through High School his kindness was always felt. I wish his family well, Joe will be deeply missed by all.

May God bless all of you.

Joe will always be remembered for his fun loving charm & he will be dearly missed.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Carmen, Tina & Family
Joey was my big brother that I never had. I will miss him every day of my life. I will always remeber his beautful smile, those sparkling brown eyes and of course that laugh. Nobody has a laugh like Joey! Lake Powell will never be the same. Thank you Joe for always keeping me safe. I love you and I will miss you until I see you again.
Love,
Tracey

Dearest Joey, I didn't finish what I had to say. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being the best man at our wedding. We love you and miss you.

Carmen & Tina I know I could never replace Joey in your hearts. But, if any way I could fill the void for one second I would like to offer myself as your son and brother. Even though we are 1,900 miles apart. My heart is right there with you. Please know that I will always cherish Joey in my heart and if there is anything I...

Dear Carmen and extended family:
Our families have been connected for over 60 years, and I distinctly remember your visits to our home when I was still a very young girl.
May God's loving shelter near His heart be a place of refuge and strength for you. Con affezione, Joe and Madalene Cuglietta (Josephine Oliver's youngest daughter)

Tina I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!
