Not sure what to say?

Joe,
Was always there when you needed something and a true friend to everyone. He will be missed not only by his friends in softball but by every life he touched.

My condolences to the Sivak Family. I had the opportunity to work with Joe when I was activated to the DC area in 2002. For the short time that I knew Joe, I knew he was a great guy. I will always remember him.

Dearest Virginia, Andrew and Ryan,
According to C.S. Lewis, God intends for us to have a deep, strong, unshakable kind of happiness in spite of external conditions. I think of those virtues when I think of Mike, and I pray that you can call on Mike's unshakable Fortitude when happiness seems so far from reach.
With much love,
Emily McMillan

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.

Mike was my nephew but he was more than that--he was my friend, my partner in crime, my buddy and more like a younger brother. We had some great times together; going to 3 superbowls, working for the Redskins at RFK, umpiring, and other things I won't talk about. Janice & I will miss him greatly; he was indeed "someone special". Virginia, Andrew & Ryan, you are in our thoughts and if you need us, call.

Virginia, One of my most cherished memories of Mike was our trip to Yankee Stadium with he and Andrew. Talk about two kids in a candy store ! I first met Mike back in the Ft. Belvoir days when he and John Baker were baseball umpires for our youth program. I knew right away he was something special. When searching for that perfect word to describe Mike I opened the dictionary to the word "class" and Mike's picture was there.

Your courage to overcome your physical difficulties was inspiring. Your will be missed my friend.

Dear Virginia,Andrew,and Ryan
What can I say, when God made Mike Sivak he broke the mold.(Thank goodness!)LOL I have great memories of Mike, all of which include laughter. I guess LOL is the best way to describe him, laugh out loud. Every once in a while he showed us his soft side and how much he cared. When he came to mom and dads 50th anniversary party he wanted to be to be sure they were ok. It meant alot to both of them.
Virginia, losing the love of your life is a hard, hard thing to...
