Joe graduated from North Catholic High School in 1987 and attended Temple University, earning a bachelor's degree in Business and Finance. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 9am until 11am at St. Helena Church, Blue Bell, PA. A Christian burial mass will be immediately following the visitation. Interment will be held privately.
