I may have only known Joe for 6 months or so but he made an impact on my life. Before Joe, I had never met anyone who truly cared about everyone he met. He told me everyone he talked to was a friend he hadn't met before. Anyone who spent any amount of time with Joe knows how much his family meant to him, especially his son.
