Not sure what to say?

My uncle Mike was Joe's roommate at Earle Brown Terrace. They'd become very close friends. I remember coming to visit on several occasions and see them sitting together, right in front of the tv, chairs side by side, watching a sports game on tv. My family is grateful that Joe was such a good friend and companion to our uncle. My deepest condolences go to his family. Rest in peace Joe.

To our coworker, Leslie, her family and the Sodd families - We are so sorry for your loss and wish you peace and comfort during this time of healing.

Joe taught me how to really play golf while at Olympic Hills. He had a unique way of getting his teaching points across and they worked. Rest in peace my friend.

My condolences to the Sodd family. I was working at Majestic Oaks as a kid when Joe was the pro there and he always had a minute or two for me no matter how busy he was. One particular time when he knew I was having a problem he showed me an act of kindness that I've never forgotten and never will, even though it was over 40 years ago. He was a good guy. Rest in peace Joe.

Blessed is he who falls asleep in the Lord. Sincere condolences to the family and to everyone who knew and loved Joe. May his memory be eternal!

To all in the Sodd family and friends ...we are saddened to read of the death of our lifelong friend and your loved one, Joe. I am constantly reminded of "Soddisms" as I play golf. Wish I could list them here...there are many!!!. May the fond memories left behind comfort you as you celebrate his life.
