I remember well when Joe was born, to wonderful parents, Emily and Henry. He grew up in a house full of love, which he represented in his actions as an adult. He will be missed.

Father Joe was my pastor at Holy Saviour Church in Union City Connecticut. He was also a good friend having worked with him on the parish board of directors. We were teammates on the church soft ball team for a few years. He was an excellent very competitive player. My wife, Marianna, and I will miss him. Knowing Father Joe he fought his illnesses courageously He will be missed by all that knew him.
