Joe was a very caring and thoughtful young man. I met Joe when he was a firefighter for the Laurys Station Fire Company through my son, Jody Smith, and his girlfriend (now fiance) Keri Adams.
Joe helped Jody and Keri when they moved into their apartment and he also helped them set up Jody's computer stand at the Cementon fair. Joe also brought plenty of food and drinks and stayed with Jody and Keri during the entire fair event helping them with the stand. I remember watching the...
