Not sure what to say?

Dear Marilyn and family:

Your husband and father was truly accomplished, personable, humble--whose career paralleled my Dad's in ways hard to believe.

He was surely one of the nicest men I've ever met.

Joe and my Dad left quite a swath as they hop-scotched around the planet. I know how much my Dad valued Joe's work and friendship.

Please accept our deepest condolences--we boys all liked and respected him.

Every good wish and blessing

Greetings Marilyn and the Spradley family,

Dear Marilyn,

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve this loss. May the Comforter be very near.

With love,

Dear Spradley family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I enjoyed the years I worked in the physics department at the college and had great respect for Joe. I always appreciated his kindness and smile. Praying for your comfort and peace as you celebrate Joes life. How wonderful to know he is in the presence of the Lord.

Mrs. Spradley, Joanna, Dan, Ben & Susanna,
I was saddened to hear of Dr. Spradley's graduation. He is better off, but we have taken a great loss, especially each of you! He was a great Christian and a fine teacher, and I respected him very much. May Christ comfort you in your grief and give you His peace. Gil Zinke

Dear Marilyn and all,
We are so very sorry that you have lost Joe after the brave struggle. He will be sorely missed at the head of the family table. We were pleased that Tom Jr. & Mary Lou were able to visit you recently and we dearly wish we could be present to acknowledge in person our love and admiration for Joe.

Dear Mrs. Spradley, Joanna and family,
I was deeply saddened by the news of Dr. Spradley's passing. He was a wonderful colleague, mentor and friend to my mother Jeanette at Haigazian College in Lebanon. May the memories help you find comfort.
Love,
Mona Manning (Sahyouni)
