The University of Notre Dame lost one of their best. Joe was a friend to everyone. Rick and Amanda, Joe would just light up when I would ask him about his kids. No one worked any harder or was more dedicated to his job and Utilities then Joe. We are so sorry for your loss, please know you are in our thoughts and prayers as we grieve with you.
