My sympathy goes to the family of Joe. I had the pleasure of serving with Joe on the Virginia Beach Police Department. Joe was always a pleasant person to be around and was a friend to everyone and always willing to assist when needed. He had health problems at the time but never allowed them to interfear with his duties and never complained about them. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. God bless his family.
