Not sure what to say?

So sorry that you lost your father and mother so close to each other. Know my thoughts are with you all during this holiday season.

I am a volunteer at Goochland Cares and am deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Stanley's death. He just had a manner that made me love him. I will miss seeing him come in on Friday afternoons. With my sympathy to all his family, Millie

My husband and I and several of our Bealeton baptist church family met Mr. Stanley at First Baptist Waynesboro, at Anne Moore´s funeral. He had so many wonderful stories of preaching and knowing many of our Bealeton people and their extended families. He was delightful and knew so much! All of us were drawn to him and asked if he could come share some fun history at our Homecoming Sept 11, 2022. I was sad to see he had gone. He seemed to be a wonderful man. Praying for you all.

Sending thoughts and prayers to all of his family and friends in this time of loss. Joe was a well spoken speaker on the WFLO CallFlo program, a faithful attendee at Farmville Baptist and shared wonderful stories of my parents with me and my family. Rest well.

Mr Stanley will be missed at First Baptist Church in Dillwyn. He visited with us often and added to our Bible Studies and to our congregational singing.

I am so sad to have heard this news. Mr. Stanley was full of local knowledge! And always a joy to have conversations with him. Mostly comical. I will miss seeing him around town. My condolences to his family and prayers for healing during this tragic situation. He will be missed.

Rest In Peace, Joey. I have such sweet memories of our school days.

We will miss this sweet Godly man. We will miss his voice of an angel and his prayers of a saint. As well as his in-depth knowledge of the scriptures.
