Joe was an amazing person with great wit and a deep sense of loyalty and commitment. His career here is one that few, if any, will ever match. The lives of thousands of current and former Kansas Citians were enriched by Joe's wonderful work over 7 decades. You must all be very proud of Joe. I know he must have been a wonderful husband, brother, father and grandfather. ...
