Stih Family, In the CPD unit I was in for several years we would rotate each of the Eastside districts, 2 months each. during our 4 months of the year in the 6 Dist. Had occasion to run into Joe at times. Although I did not know him very well he treated my partner and myself as if we were like long lost friends, always a smile and a laugh. my sympathies to his family. Bill Leonard, CPD Ret.

Worked same shift with Joe in the 6th District. Really liked by all, and a good policeman. He will be misssed.
