Joe was lovely and kind. Never, ever did I hear a harsh word from him. He would often come in to the office to work for Barrington Neighbors, and would slip in so quietly that I didn't know he was there and would get the shock of my life when I finally noticed. Joe was a good, kind, and gentle man. It was a privilege to know him. May he Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to say Goodbye to Joe. I had the privilege working with him for over fifteen years and still kept in touch. He will be greatly missed.
