Read MoreI represented 1/3 of a Texaco tean which Frank led in 1960 to evaluate the computer facilities in Bogota, Colombia and Caracas Venezuela. Having just recently joined the department, Frank taught me so very much about computing and in conducting an evaluation of computer needs. Frank was a very optimist and knowledgeable Texaco manager and he taught me much about computers during my early years.

Frank was my tutor in computer systems. We had a long and good relationship. He was the most creative man that I have ever known and he made a tremendous contribution to the advancement of computing. I know his family will miss him. Regards Les Hodges
