Ricky and I are so sorry to hear about the tragic loss of this wonderful man. Joe was such a special person, with his infectious laughter , kind and caring spirit. We will always remember all the fun nights country dancing, and our great trip to Missouri. Our hearts go out to his loving wife, Maria and his entire Family.
