Not sure what to say?

Joe, was my best friend. We had a very special relationship when he lived in Portland. I am so shocked of his passing. I met him many times in LO and always had so much fun.
I will miss him so much. My heart breaks that I could not let him know what a big part of my heart he had and how much I loved him! RIP Sweet Joe!

Joe was our landlord, but also became our very good friend. I feel so lucky to have known him. When my cat passed away, Joe brought me a book about Cat Heaven. I think that's just one example of what a sweet spirit he had.

We will miss you so much Joe! Until we meet again...

Love, Ellen Isbell

Joe, my life was enriched by knowing you. I will always remember the times we shared, and will keep you in fondest memory.

I was honored and priveledged to be a part of Joe's life in NOLA! He touched my life and many more and will be greatly missed. My prayers are with his family and friends.

You did some profound things in a very subtle way. You touched my life and so many others, and made things better for us all. Wish I could have known you longer. Save me a seat at your table.

Joe, We had a lot of good memories from High School traveling to the away games in the little southwest conference. Thanks for being there!

Joe met people with an open heart, a kind smile and a laugh that made you feel like you'd known him forever. May he be at peace. My prayers are with his family and friends.
Love, Cindy (Stack)Herzfeldt

Not a sweeter, kinder person did I know. "Ticey Wicey", although it has been a while, every time I saw or heard from you a smile automatically spread across my face. Rest in peace my friend!

In loving memory...
