Dear Ludmilla and all the family of the much beloved Dr T,

word has reached me here in Florida that after a long, distinguished and productive career my dear friend, Joe, passed away peacefully. He is vivid in my mind even after not seeing him for 10 or more years. I hear his deep voice, smell that vague hint of a cigar, and see that big bear of one of the most charismatic men I've ever met. I am so grateful to have known him.
My sincere sympathy on his passing but will continue...
