We were neighbors with Joe and his family for close to fifteen years. Joe loved his family, he vehicles, and doing the right thing. Joe's big heart and a smile the size of Chambersburg will live on in our hearts. Our deepest condolences to his loving family and his beautiful wife, Pat!
