To the Turner Family,
our deepest condolences. I hope it will give you some peace knowing he is no longer suffering. I had the honor and priviledge of knowing Joe for over ten years, ever since I first started waitressing at Harmony Bowl on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I am still there and I missed Joe every week, I miss his smile and good sense of humor (sometimes not so good sense of humor). He will always be remembered as one awesome, great, and loving friend.

Dear Aunt Rita and cousins,
I recall when you visited my family in VA. All of you were so kind; I still have fond memories of Uncle Joe's exuberant spirit. I am so happy that he was able to be at home with his immediate family in his last days; thank you for your courage and eternal devotion to him. My thoughts, prayers, and gratitude are with you.

Quite often would I see Joe at Harmony Bowl with that good ole toothpick in his mouth. If he wasn't with his beautiful wife Rita, he...
