Read MoreI grew up down the street from Mr. Urfis. He tailored my school uniform slacks for me in the shop behind his house for very little money. He was a wonderful man, I'm sorry to hear that he passed and happy to see he had such a long and blessed life.

I am so sadden to lose Mr. Urfis. He was such a character! He truly did love people and brought a smile to everyone he came in contact with. I will miss him so much. Praying for the entire family. We were all blessed to have him in our lives.

I met Joe after he retired from Sears. He was doing alterations in a shop behind his house. He was a very fine person. We had some good laughs, as he had a good sense of humor. I feel honored to have known him.
