Dear Martha and Kitty,
Please accept Dad and my sympathy and condolences on the death of your father. I'm sorry we won't be able to attend any of the services.
When I think of Uncle Joe I have an image of him out on Hazelwood Avenue stopping traffic so friends and family could safely get out of the driveway.
