Sidewalk Joe is how we all knew (and loved) your dad. I actually knew him from both City Council meetings, as well as Sacred Heart. I had not realized, until reading his Obit in the Seattle times, that he moved back to Yugoslavia, and died there. I would have loved to have spoken to him about his WW11 experience, expecially if he was involved with Michilavich (spelling?) and his partisans that hid and sheltered the 500 US airmen from the Germans.
