To karen and the family,

I was totally shocked to hear about the passing of Joe.
When I first came here to the neighborhood, I remember how welcome I felt to meet the both of you during the childrens block party. Since then, whenever joe would drive down the road, he always waved, and when you both would be walking, he also said hello and always a warm smile. It was a pleasure to have known him for the short time I have lived here in passing.
My best wishes and...

Karen, Thoughts and Prayers are with you and your family.

Karen, Joe and Kelly:

I can’t believe that although we live so close that I couldn’t even find the time to stop by and just say Hello. I just would like all of you to know that Joe was the rarest of souls;...
