Not sure what to say?

So many good memories of a great neighbor; it's been so long and yet seems like just yesterday Champ and Terry had the best Fairway parties. RIP Champ.

So very sorry to hear about Champ. I worked with him for several years and was very fond of him. I was so very sad to hear of his passing.

I am very sorry to learn of Champ's passing. I didn't know him long. He designed my hydronic heating system and came out to my house. He was a very knowledgeable and nice guy. I felt like he was a longtime friend. I will pray for him.

Dear Terry my heart aches for your loss. I am so sorry for the late response. Please know you & yours are in my thoughts & prayers.

Terry,
I just heard about Champs passing. My heart is breaking for you.

Terry, Tina & Mike,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Champ was a great man, bigger than life, who always seemed to welcome everyone with open arms. He made everyone feel like family and I'll never forget that.

My condolences to you and the family. Sending prayers of comfort and peace.

Mike, Angie & family,
We are so sorry for your loss. We enjoyed viewing all of the great pictures of Champ. You can tell he loved the water, loved the outdoors, but most of all, loved his family. May your memories bring you peace. Thinking of you all-
Jody & David
