Laurie and Dave, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you grieve the loss of your dad, Laurie. Please know I think of you both often.

We send our deepest sympathies to the Wagner family for the passing of Joe. I had the honor of knowing Joe and his family through our many interfaces between Caterpillar and Wagner Equipment. Joe epitomized the most successful of profiles for our Caterpillar Dealer Principals. The way he lived his life, both professionally and personally, will long be held as an aspiration to us all.

To know Joe was to like him, and if you had the opportunity to work with him, you were sure to enjoy a smile along...
