I never knew or met Joe Waltman. Only reason why I heard of or know of him is because I watched many episodes of COPS which he appeared in. I decided to look him up and I couldn´t believe he passed away as he was one of my favorite officers on the show. May he Rest In Peace. And thank you Sgt Waltman for your service
