Joey Ward age 47 passed away Monday February 17, 2014 in Clarendon. He is a son of K.C. and Shirley Ward and was a 1985 graduate of Clarendon High School.
Joey and Shelia Smith were married on November 14, 1987 and lived their lifetime in the Clarendon community. For many years he worked in the business of farming in particular for the George Dunklin Farms in DeWitt.
Joey and Shelia have enjoyed raising three children in their home, Joshua, Bailey and Courtney and life became even more abundant when six grandchildren became part of the family.

Daughter: Courtney Blalock & husband, Chip of Clarendon
Parents: K.C. & Shirley Ward of Clarendon

Sister: Billie Jo Ward & husband, Roy of Whitehall
Grandchildren: Gage, Logan, Mason, Hailey, Autumn, Milley
Visitation: 6-8PM Wednesday Feb 19
Services: 11AM Thursday Feb 20 Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home-Clarendon
Burial:Shiloh Cemetery.

I have struggled for days with a broken heart, and words to express what a loss this world has without our Joey. To Sheila be strong my beautiful one, and know that your soul mate no longer suffers and is with you always in your heart. I cannot imagine my world without mine, and my heart and prayers go to you.
