Joey, it has been all this time and I still think about you. You were so cute, sweet, caring and happy. A life loss to early. But, you are still loved. God, just take good care of this special person.

Joey, I been having dreams about you lately. I did not know you passed. I did have a big crush on you at Jackson High. And, so glad I did get to know you in the art room. I will always remember how nice you were. RIP

My thoughts and prayers are with the Watts and Nicolau family as I read of the passing of my friend Joey. Many good times at Gilberts and through out the music venues in Jackson. He was a gentle and generous soul who will be missed by many.. Rest in peace Joe.

Knew Joey in high school...great guy last time I saw we were playing guitar maybe 72 . He gone..got some great stories about him

My heartfelt condolences to the Watts/Nicolau family. Joey was a good friend to my brother and sister George and Chris Oliver, when they were in high school. He spent alot of time at our house. As the baby sister, he was always nice to me. I remember him as the young man in the picture posted for Joe's Jam. God be with you in your sorrow.
