Joe will be missed terribly by family and friends, he was such a good man,he was always there to lend a friendly hand to anyone, I remember sitting on a mountain top in Wyoming with him and he pulled out a Bible and started reading verses, I know that he is in the tender arms of God now with no more pain! Our prayers go out to the remaining of his family, we love you and will be praying for your comfort

To the family of Joe, I am sorry for your loss. Joe was an awesome guy. As a Midland Paramedic I responded to dozens of rescues with Joe on City Fire, sometimes 3-4 a day. Regardless of the time of day, night or weather conditions he was always the first person to step in and help. Always above and beyond. The community has lost a special person. RIP Joe.
