Not sure what to say?

I am still missing you and hoping there is a place after this world that you and Kasonic have reunited to being laughter and mayhem as only you could do. Cindy

Mr. and Mrs. Welch and family...
Your son was very blessed to have you as parents. He was a kind person and his legacy will live on. Sending you love...

Dear Mr. / Mrs. and George Welch:

I just wanted to say how sorry and sad that I was of Joe's passing. I was blessed have been friends with him for as long as I was. He put a smile on many peoples faces and lifted you up when you needed a boost. I will never forget our lunches on the square and long talks and his always encouraging words. The memories that we have will always and forever be in all of our hearts.

My prayers are with you all during this time of...

His community service included Option 2, TedX + Friends of the Chemung River to name just a few that he valued. His knowledge + love of politics was second to none as it was his passion. His exceptional service to the Democrat party included his role as Democrat Election Commissioner, City of Corning Democrat Chair and Democrat State Committee member + State Executive...

My beautiful amazing Joe (Giuseppe when we spoke a lot with our hands)...you were an angel to me countless times in this life...so I expect you will make the heavens proud...rocking the business suit/casual like no one else ever again. George...I’m thinking of you as the greatest brother that ever existed. You are an amazing family & I truly feel loss. Cindy Forsburg

George and Betty,
We are so deeply sorry to learn of your loss. Offering our prayers as you endure this most difficult time. In sympathy, Jack and Julie Poland
