For a brief time I worked with Joe at Birnie Bus, I was his bus monitor. I found him to be interesting and a caring individual, and proud of his Irish heritage. Joe cared about the kids we were transporting, like a Dutch uncle. Joe was always talking about his wife and Lily his dog.
