Mr and Mrs. Welsh were great neighbors. I will always remember the warm and friendly greetings of Mr and Mrs welsh when every I would see them. Mr Welsh will be sadly mised but always remembered for his warm and generous personality.

May God bless and comfort the Welsh family at this time of sorrow.

We have fond memories of working with Joe at Bally's. He was always a gentleman. You have our sincere sympathy.

Joe was a wonderful person. Remember him from our days working together at Bally's Park Place in the stooreroom when I was a young kid who was just starting to learn the F&B business, and Joe showed me the ropes. Many a days Joe would tell us all stories of his time at Sea. He loved talking about his maritime stuff. Sorry to hear about his passsing, my thoughts are with his family.

To the Weslsh family, What a wonderful man, what wonderful memories..putting his two fingers in his mouth to whistle, making you eat all your spuds...memories of home, family, love, he was just a big teddy bear, with a huge heart and a wonderful family. My sincere sympathy to all of you, my prayers are with you. Love, Doris

For a most gracious man always worthy of respect, my condolences to the whole family.

Ray, Joe

I am saddened to hear of the death of your father, I remember him well. My deepest sympathy.

To the Welsh Family,
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived. I am sure that as proud as you were of your Dad, he was tenfold as proud of his children. Leaders, role models and great friends.

Daniel & Family:

My sincerest condolences on the loss of your father/husband.

Dan,

I remember watching Game 6 of the 1993 World Series with your mom and dad. Your dad always wondered why Fregosi took out Roger Mason.

May the Lord comfort you in your time of loss.

Time endears and cannot fade memories that love has made.
