Not sure what to say?

I now see Joe and Roland as 24/7 angels watching over all of us--you know they're staying apprised of what's happening in everyone's life down here. I think of Joe often, he helped save my life.
Love, Eileen Sembrot

Dear Denise, It has been a year that Joe had passed, but his wisdom and charm still enlightens us daily.whenever I am ready for a knee jerk reaction I think of Joe, and think- what would he do? and patience settles in!
Jackie also keeps his sailor photo on her mirror at the USNA, and thinks of him fondly all the time.Regards,John Callahan

Dear Dee,
I just heard about Joe's passing. We all loved him dearly--what was there not to love? I miss all of you, and wish you the best in moving forward from here. He will be soooo... missed. I see his big smile with the big glasses so clearly in my mind. Truly "one of a kind."
Love,
Eileen Sembrot,

Dear Welsh family,
We were sorry to hear about the loss of Uncle Joe. May you be comforted by many years of wonderful memories. My wife (Denise Kettelberger) will be with you there in New Jersey today as you offer prayers for Uncle Joe. Blessings to all of you,

Dear Lisanne and family,

Dear Welsh Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I always loved spending time with Joe, even though I only knew him for the past 5 years in our weekly poker group. He always had a smile on his face and had a great sense of humor. I loved his never quit personality and zest for life. He always tried to help others and give advise. I will always have great admiration for Denise and Joe.

Dear Welsh Family:I was blessed to know Little Joe and to have him in my life for the pass 22 years. I looked forward to friday nights at bellmarw and the dinner after. The seat at the head of the table will always be Joe:s. John Parkin (Perk)

Dear Welsh Family:
May you find peace and comfort in the memories of times shared with your beloved Husband/Father/Grandfather. Joe was a great man and a trusted friend. He taught by example how to "live life to the fullest"....He had a great sense of humor and a contagious smile and laugh! We will miss him dearly...He was truly "ONE OF A KIND"!! ....Love, George & Debbie, Shawn and Brittany Magnin

Dear Welsh Family: We were all attracted by Joe’s calmness and sense of humor. As a trusted friend and mentor he taught us well. As he has passed onto God’s great ocean of eternity, I picture him holding the starboard rail as he waves us goodbye. We will always cherish his memory.

Love, John, Tina & Jacqueline
