My friend just told me about what happened! I loved seeing Joe around when Kathy was at Passavant. I loved taking care of Kathy for years and getting to know Joe! I am so sorry to hear about his passing! Prayers to the family

I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a great guy. I had many lunches with Joe and Ed Brueckner over the years. He often played golf with my husband, Tom, and Ed. He was an asset to Rock Lake HOA as their first office manager. He was a devoted husband to Kathy. He will be missed. My prayers and condolences to the Wescott family.
