One of my favorite memories of uncle Joe is when I was carrying my firstborn child (Jackie) and aunt Bea and Uncle Joe came to spend a week with momma. He wouldn't let me do anything to help cook or anything..lol. He would send me to bed to take naps and rest..that in itself shows the kind of man he was. Always taking care of others no matter what. He wouldn't even let me go to the store by myself. I loved him dearly and I have never met a better man in my whole life. The world has lost one...
