Joe I first met you as a neighbor whom I knew instantly would come to be a good friend, over the years you and I have had many conversations in which you havre helped me to help my husband ( also your friend ) deal with his Parkinson's , I looked forward to our Sunday morning talks , as you always seemed to brighten my day with a kind word and gentle smile....Rest Easy my friend , you are truly missed and loved by many ....your Friends always..George and Sherri Lewis...

I will miss seeing Mr. Whittle at the 5:30 PM mass. He always had a smile for everyone. My deepest condolences to the entire family.

Joe was a humble man who gave and received respect with his actions and the manner his carried out his life . It was our pleasure to know him as a good neighbor for many years . I will miss the conversations that we had coming and going in our daily lives. Rest in peace my friend , you will be missed .

I was Joe's neighbor for the last 11 years. I enjoyed our afternoon conversations so much. He was so kind and always gave me such great advice. He also had a special bond for the last 9 years with my Labradoodle Cooper. When Cooper saw Joe...he would run as fast as he could to see him.
