Joseph M. "Jim" Wiggins

I am a longtime friend of Susan Wiggins Thomas, dating back to Susan's and my college days working at the first Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors Ice Cream franchise to open in Mobile in 1972. My late father and mother, Herbert Segner and Yvonne Segner, also worked at Brookley Air Force Base. Our family's prayers and sympathies go out to the Wiggins and Thomas families on the loss of Mr. Wiggins.
