I first came to know Joe when we were both Playground directors and law students.Joe gave me great practical advise as to how to get along with our kids. Later in life I had occasion to renew acquaintances as
lawyers. I always enjoyed his good company, sense of humor and common sense and admired his ability to analyse problems .May he rest in well deserved peace . Joe Kelly
and good common sense.

Kathleen, Stephen and Tina, may you and the rest of the family find solace in remembering how Joe's actions impacted today's...
