I first came to know Joe when we were both Playground directors and law students.Joe gave me great practical advise as to how to get along with our kids. Later in life I had occasion to renew acquaintances as
lawyers. I always enjoyed his good company, sense of humor and common sense and admired his ability to analyse problems .May he rest in well deserved peace . Joe Kelly

You are forever at peace....And have joined your wonderful, loving, giving late wife Laura...otherwise known to me as "Auntie Sisi". My grandmother Elizabeth Carden was your late wife's first cousin...the two of them were like sisters. My mom was Bettie Fuller. As we mature and are impacted with health changes we do not visit with friends as often as we desire.Yet, we will always have fond memories of this exceptional man. Joe was a humanitarian, a lover of people, and a friend. He was a giver. His 102 years of life were filled with service to others, and our world is a better place because of his involvement.
