I first came to know Joe when we were both Playground directors and law students.Joe gave me great practical advise as to how to get along with our kids. Later in life I had occasion to renew acquaintances as
lawyers. I always enjoyed his good company, sense of humor and common sense and admired his ability to analyse problems .May he rest in well deserved peace . Joe Kelly
and good common sense.

My condolences to the entire family. Joe Williams was my father Terry Francois law partner for many years and we would go to Lake Shasta and the California Delta on summer Houseboat vacations.

My grandmother Elizabeth Carden was your late wife's first cousin...the two of them were like sisters. My mom was Bettie Fuller. Kathleen, Stephen and Tina, may you and the rest of the family find solace in remembering how Joe's actions impacted today's...

The community has lost a giant. Joe lived a long and very productive life.

To Joe: Wish you the best in a better place.
You will be missed by all. Rest in peace.
