Not sure what to say?

I was a former shipmates. You are not forgotten.

Joe,
We miss you so much.

Your smile, your humor, your charm.

Our Sista everyday missing your touch,

We ask for comfort as each day goes by,

As we reach out to hug you one last time.

We take comfort in knowing you have transitioned,

To another land beyond our sight and reach,

We say our last goodbye, and tears continue fall.

The Lord provides comfort and,

We know that you have gone home with a smile to outstretched arms...

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Knowing how much you miss him now, always know he will be there waiting to greet you on the other side. Have the comfort in knowing you will see him again, and he is with you always.

Dear Pat,
We cannot begin to tell you how sorry we are for your tragic loss. A loss felt so far and wide, as Joe touched so many lives. Earliest memories will continue to always bring smiles and laughs to mind. Folk dancing. To this day, I have never seen another bumper sticker like that one. Enjoying wonderful fun and silly days in the city. Every day was an adventure with Joe. Memories of Joe are only the best. One of the truly kindest, thoughful and considerate people ever known....

Dear Pat,
Lory and I are heart broken for you. We are glad the happy memories
of such a strong and loving relationship are of comfort to
you. What you wrote reminded me of a wonderful time we had with you and Joe and Alice on the Staten Island Ferry many years ago. We love you
and will continue to send prayers and thoughts to you and yours.
Love Always,
Mary Garsia

Dear Pat,
I think about you each day but have not had the right words to express to you how sorry I am for your loss. As each day passes, please know that your friends in far off places, even Los Angeles, remember the two of you with fondness. Over the years, Joe and you have remained friends through the frequent stories I hear from Alice. Please accept my condolences and best wishes.
Love, Fish.
