Read MoreI worker for Joe in the early 70s. One of Yellen's Screamers some called us. He hired a lot of us young guys and we worked hard. I rode with Joe one day checking on jobs. I said to Joe, That's the third guy you told we would be there at 8am tomorrow , he just smiled. One thing you learned was a work ethic. If it was 5 minutes before quitting time, and there was nothing left to do in the shop, you picked up a broom.
