Joe was one of my closest friends in high school and when he went to college and being at his marriage. I was dumbfounded when I found out that he was sick and died. If I had known I certainly would’ve travel distances to see Joe . He definitely is in my heart and in my mind.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Joe. He was a good man and he and I bonded over many things, including Syracuse, the cable industry, and basketball. In fact, I'm writing an entire book about a high school game Joe once played in. The book is called Floor Burns and it is being written in real time online. I only hope I can tell the story in a way that will make him proud.
