Not sure what to say?

I extend heartfelt sympathy to Joe's family and friends. I cannot adequately express the sadness I feel at losing such a special human being. Joe's kindness, loyalty, and sense of humor were a gift to those of us who volunteer at the Berkshire Talking Chronicle. My 5-minute break will never be the same without Joe's phone call.
