My heartfelt condolences go out to the family / I met Joe, last year at Kricks Korner where he would purchase his Lottery Tickets hoping to hit the big one /I knew at once he was a fine person and looked so well-groomed and walked better than I do. Always smiling and ready for a laugh. I know he has hit the big one up in heaven. May God giving him blessing galore.

So sorry for your loss. I knew Joe for many years ...used to serve him up sp coffee and eggs and bacon or fr. Tst. He is a very special man and. He was always smiling or making us laugh.
