Not sure what to say?

His death is such a great loss to us all. I've known Joe for most of my life. Our families shared many meals, holidays, and occasions together. We loved his wit, humor, and larger-than-life personality. I remember how he loved to come and visit us in the country. He seemed to really relax there. I also cherish the conversations we had when I lived there when I went to college. I'll always remember his zest for life and his kind heart. We'll truly miss him.

In the late 1970's I met Joseph Zurla because I was dating his daughter Lisa in NJ. He was terrific. We would go out to restaurants together and night clubs on double dates . They were all good people. I visited the house often and he made me and everyone who met him feel accepted and special. When I left for California in 1979, I would wind up in Publishing and called upon him for advice. Much has happened since then and my success in Public Relations and Crisis Management was partly to do...

It was my honor to have known Joe. He was a unique individual, full of the unexpected with his wit and humour. May God Bless him on his journey to eternity.

My sincere sympathy to the family of Joe. He was truly a remarkable man and I thoroughly enjoyed working for him. May you RIP Joe!
