Not sure what to say?

Gone but not forgotten. On this anniversary of Josephine's passing, we remember her, as well as her devoted husband Ray, who was a longtime co-worker, fellow musician and friend, and the Bogardus family.

Dear Family, I remember with fondness the anniversary of the passing of Josephine today, May 2, and her loving husband, Ray. He and I were very close friends, both as retired employees of the DPW Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services and as fellow musicians, who played in a number of combos together after he moved to the Harrisburg area from Erie. Josephine had a good life and wonderful family as a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and it is our honor to remember her on...

Mom its almost 2 weeks and I still try to call you in the morning. I miss you everyday. I know you are happy painfree and dancing everywhere. Tell dad and raymond jr. I miss them too. Help me mom to keep your memories alive for the grand and great grandchildren. That we love honor and obey God. And know that we have 3 guardian angels watching over us. Love you!! Rest in peace. ♥

I was so shocked when I received the news of my aunts passing as that day just talking about her to her dear friend Toni. I am sending my prayers to all my cousins, as I know how close you were to your mom, just remember she is like your guardian angel now watching over you and I know she is enjoying being with her family, her mom, dad, her sisters Toni,MaryGrace, Diane, Evelyn and her brother Pete-------yes, she came from a large family and also Ray standing at her side--------when you come...

Our sincere condolences to the Bogardus family. Josie's husband Ray and I were longtime friends and business associates -- fellow former employees of the PA. Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services, fellow musicians who played in combos together and fellow board members of the Tri-County Association for the Blind (now Vision Resources of Central PA.).

Grandma its been 9days since I last saw your face and held your hand. Letting you go was one of the hardest things I have done so far. I will forever hold close every memory of you. For those memories are now all I have. I miss you so much. I love you grandma forever and always until we meet again. Rest easy my beautiful angel.

Sorry for ur loss, my thoughts are with you all.

My thoughts and sympathy to all of you. Josie said last month we would get together on the next warm day. I am shocked to read this today. For years we went to Middle Creek to see the swan and goose migration with my sister Joanie. After Joanie passed we reminisced about that for 10 years. She was a good woman, caring mother and a good friend.

Will always miss and love u dearly.
